DEMONSTRATE
Utilizing the assessment, we have a strong representation of your “before shop” and “after shop” as it relates to your operations. The assessment becomes your tool to be shared internally with all project stakeholders. Both visually and numerically, the assessment develops an ROI, rather than just a gut feeling.
BUILD
During the physical build, a LEAN Project Manager will keep you updated on the progress and help you plan your new footprint and material flow in advance of delivery. We are also happy to work with your material handlers to ensure the new processes are ready for immediate implementation upon delivery.
SUSTAIN
When we had originally listened to you, we addressed your most immediate opportunity.
